If you’re new to breathwork, sound therapy, or Reiki, it’s completely normal to feel curious—and a little unsure. This page is here to help you feel at ease.

Before Your Session

  • Wear comfortable clothing

  • Eat lightly beforehand

  • Bring water

  • No prior experience is needed

The Experience

Sessions are offered in a calm, welcoming home-based space. You’ll be guided gently and supported throughout.

Depending on the session, you may experience deep relaxation, emotional release, physical sensations, or a quiet sense of rest. There is no “right” way to feel—each experience is unique.

You are always in control and may pause or adjust at any time.

After Your Session

Many people feel calm, grounded, or reflective afterward. Rest, hydration, and gentle integration are encouraged.
